  • Arrive at the ceremony site prior to the ceremony to ensure final details are in order
  • Prepare and provide vendor timelines
  • Coordinate all vendors arrival times
  • Be the contact person for all ceremony site vendors
  • Bride and Groom’s wedding day schedule
  • Distribute bouquets, corsages, and boutonnières if not done by the florist
  • Assist the Bride and Groom as needed during the ceremony and reception
  • Organize the processional line and spacing
  • Direct the Bridal party to the photographer before/after the ceremony
  • Retain the marriage license for the clergy
  • Distribute final payments to vendors if needed
  • Provide an emergency wedding kit
