Pricing will depend on the following
 
  • One week prior the reception, contact all vendors to review final details
  • Provide an itinerary to all vendors involved
  • Arrive at the reception site to ensure all details are in order
  • Be the contact person for all reception vendors
  • Direct the Bride, Groom and wedding party to each event during the reception
  • Assist with placement of reception place cards and wedding favors
  • Assist with room layout
  • Will assist the bride and groom prior to the reception and throughout the reception until the “out time” – estimated time is 10 hours
  • Provide an assistant for up to 5 hours
  • Distribute final payments to vendors if requested by the client
